Sabio Group, the digital CX transformation specialist, has been recognised twice at an annual partner summit held to celebrate customer engagement successes across the EMEA region.
The Verint Partner Summit – held in Mallorca, Spain – saw Sabio honoured for its achievements in supporting Verint solutions and helping its customers succeed.
Sabio secured ‘Partner Deal of the Year’ for its work with a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
It was also named ‘Support Partner of the Year’, an award decided by Verint’s engineers who voted on best engineer they worked with, quality of tickets raised and ease of working.
